I just bought your book…really looking forward in going through it… Vancouver BC .has torn down all those grand theatres with the exception of the Orpheum and the Sranley .. 10 yrs ago we lost the Pantages theater on on skid row ..Hastings st.. like many in your book…left to rot away for many yrs .
